A small house with an attic of 240 m2, for a family of 4 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bedroom and technical rooms. On the second floor there is a master bedroom, two children's rooms, a guest bedroom and two bathrooms. In the attic there is a play area for children with a large TV for games, a mini kitchen and a bedroom. The goal of the project was to fit into a small budget. The house is mainly furnished with IKEA furniture and some inexpensive European brands.
